Signatory Vintage has bottled a remarkable Speyside whisky that has been fully matured in sherry casks. This 17-year-old whisky was drawn from a single sherry butt and has a high alcohol content of 60.7% ABV, providing the option to enjoy it either neat or with a splash of water. Although the distillery is undisclosed, this whisky is undeniably exceptional and worthy of pouring into your favourite glass.

Distilled in July 2005 and bottled in January 2023, only 625bottles have been produced and each one is uniquely numbered. Treat yourself to a healthy measure of this magnificent whisky.
