Pike Creek 10-Year-Old is an approachable whisky from Canada, aged for 10 years and finished in rum casks for 100 days.  Named after its maturation warehouse, the whisky barrels are exposed to the intense climatic changes of Canada. This results in a soft and smooth whisky with rich, complex flavours. It shows notes of dried orange peel, green apple, brown sugar and Christmas cake. Pike Creek 10-year-old is stunning to sip on its own but is extremely versatile and is ideal in cocktails such as a whisky sour or old fashioned. Try it paired with pecan pie or sticky toffee pudding.
