Appearance:  Fluid and crystal clear in appearance, often with a hazy highlight in the glass when mixed with a premium tonic water and ice.

Nose: A sweet fragrance embodied by notes of fizz from the luxury champagne, with notes of fruits including fresh strawberries. When mixed it evolves towards aromas of mulberries and kaffir lime with hints of cardamom.

Palate: Frank and fresh with a sweet and melted effervescence when fused with a luxury tonic water.   A coated fruity matter sustained by an acidity reminding those of summer berries.
