• Mount Gay Eclipse Heritage Blend Rum 20cl, 40% – This is the perfect introduction to Master Blender Trudiann Branker’s vision for the Mount Gay style. Caramelised banana, vanilla, burnt sugar, oak, summer fruit and spice make for a sun-kissed treat that’s ideal for long and refreshing cocktails.
• Mount Gay Black Barrel Double Cask Blend Rum 20cl, 43% – Black Barrel is a small batch, handcrafted blend made of matured double pot still distillates and aged column distillates. In a process called finishing, the blended rum is then matured for a second time in heavily charred ex-Bourbon barrels. This method releases complex notes of spice, toasted wood, sweet caramel, toffee, gingerbread, candied fruits, lychee and hints of smoke, that are at once balanced and bold.
• Mount Gay X.O. Triple Cask Blend Rum 20cl, 43% – A small-batch blend of selected mature rums. Components were aged in American whiskey, Bourbon and Cognac casks to create a round and complex spirit that pulses with salted caramel, vanilla ice cream, dry spices, dark chocolate, baked figs, cocoa and pomander. We love sipping this smooth tot neat with a single ice cube.
