It’s an 11 year old (almost 12 actually, but they’re a bit impatient) ex-bourbon single cask, that they split into two first-fill Pedro Ximénez quarter casks.
Glaschu let those two quarters ripen for a whole 8 months before vatting them back together for this release. The colour change from start to finish has been incredible, the flavour transformation even more so!
