Aroma: very mature Grenache “tintorera” aromas
are dominant. Grapefruit, fig cake, blackcurrant and blackberries,
mixed with balsamic notes and smoke from aging.
Flavour: sweet entry, the balance between acidity and
tannins accentuates its persistence. The strength of the
Grenache “Tintorera” and its roasted finish add to the length. The final feeling is a complex fruit notes
forest red berries mixed with hints of vanilla, coffee and tobacco.
