• Cold distilled in a glass still makes this apple rum delicate, sophisticated, complex and
• smooth.
• The freshest local botanicals sourced from a few miles around the distillery.
• Delicate flavours are preserved using cold distillation giving the spirit a wider palette of
• flavours compared to a gin produced in a traditional still.
• Produced by a unique process which only generate 2% of the CO 2 of a typical still making it
• the most sustainable spirits production ever.
