NOSE: Delicate on the nose, with a light, straw-like character alongside a soft, vanilla / candied barley-sugar sweetness and a hint of hazelnut.

TASTE: Sweet and juicy, with notes of peach and plum. Sherry influence is most noticeable here, with a light, fruitcake character along with sweet, oaky-vanilla.

FINISH: Remains light, with a candied sweetness, yet bringing in a delicate spice and hints of dried plum / raisin.
