This Cleanskin medium red-black Shiraz offers an inviting nose of pepper and spice with subtle cedary oak in the background. The palate reveals a medium-bodied wine with lively red fruit, silky oak tannins, and refreshing acidity. Sourced from a 40-year-old, 12-hectare dry-grown vineyard, the vines are unwatered, benefiting from the cool climate, which encourages slow ripening and deep flavour development. Grown on ancient gravelly loams, the grapes are harvested from mid-March to late April, ensuring quality and intensity in every bottle.
